Poke Root

Poke root is a LOW DOSE herb used primarily to move lymph, classifying it as a lymphatic. Think lumps and bumps. This can be taken internally with caution and also applied externally.

62% Organic Cane Alcohol, filtered water, fresh Phytolacca americana

Herb/ menstruum ratio 1:3
