Leonurus cardiaca - the botanical name says a lot. Sometimes called “hug in a bottle,” it’s a heart tonic, an emmenagogue, and an antispasmodic. Energetically, it’s slightly cold and bitter. It’s often used in menstrual formulas for discomfort. Avoid during pregnancy.

Ingredients: 65% Organic Cane Alcohol, filtered water, fresh wildcrafted Leonurus cardiaca

Fresh herb menstruum ratio 1:5 @ 65%
