Our Chill Tea is a refreshing elixir served hot or cold. Hibiscus is high in Vitamin C and keeps you cool when the heat's on. Lemon Balm naturally calms the nerves.
1.75 oz.
Directions:
In a tea cup, add 1-4 tsp. of herbs to a tea strainer. Bring water to a boil. Pour water over herbs. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove herbs. May resteep herbs for a second cup.
