Bugleweed - Lycopus lucidus 

In Traditional Chinese medicine, Bugleweed, or Lycopus lucidus, is called Ze Lan, (which is not to be confused with Lycopus virginicus) and is considered to have blood invigorating properties; hence it commonly being used to treat delayed menses and aid in cardiovascular issues. The Chinese variation of this herb has Blood moving and diuretic properties. It has a bitter, pungent, and slightly warm taste. In TMC, Bugleweed is deemed to be an herb that can restore an individual's body with too much Cold by clearing Heat. Bugleweed can also promote urination because of its diuretic properties. Most commonly, Bugleweed is ingested orally via powdered or pill, but can also be applied topically.*
