Herbalism for All
-
Body, Mind, & Spirit
True wellness honors the whole self—body, mind, and spirit. Through herbalism, I help you reconnect with the plants and with your own inner wisdom, weaving intention, intuition, and education into every step of your healing path.

Power of Plants
To me, plants are living allies. They seem to appear just when we need their wisdom most. My relationship with them began in my grandmother’s garden, where curiosity and wonder first bloomed—and continues to shape my herbal practice today.

Five Element Theory
I practice herbalism through the lens of Five Element Theory—a nature-rooted philosophy that weaves together the seasons, elements of change, colors, tastes, and the organs of the body. It reminds us that what flows through nature also flows through us.
