What to Expect from Your Herbal Consultation

If you’ve been feeling out of balance—whether it shows up as fatigue, digestive issues, poor sleep, hormone changes, anxiety, pain, or simply a sense that something’s off—an herbal consultation can help you reconnect with what your body truly needs.

During our time together, we’ll take a close look at your health history, daily patterns, and the stressors that may be influencing how you feel. From there, I’ll create a personalized herbal and lifestyle plan to support your unique constitution and help your body find its natural balance again.

This is not a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help you understand the underlying patterns behind your symptoms—so you can move toward lasting balance, vitality, and peace of mind.

  • Power of Plants

To me, plants are living allies. They seem to appear just when we need their wisdom most. My relationship with them began in my grandmother’s garden, where curiosity and wonder first bloomed—and continues to shape my herbal practice today.

  • Five Element Theory

I practice herbalism through the lens of Five Element Theory—a nature-rooted philosophy that weaves together the seasons, elements of change, colors, tastes, and the organs of the body. It reminds us that what flows through nature also flows through us.
